If you have always hated working out, then the CIZE dance program is for you! As someone who has tried all of the Shaun T programs over the Shaun T workouts over the years, there is one thing that I can absolutely tell you – he makes working out FUN!
You can basically take everything that you hate about workouts – they’re boring, don’t get you motivated, lack of results, and throw that out the window. With CIZE, working out goes from being something that you absolutely dread, and transform into something that you actually look forward to.
Honestly, this has been the case for all of the Shaun T workouts that I have tried – beyond just the fact that you’re dancing and doing moves that are fun, Shaun has a way that makes the workouts enjoyable. Not Your Average Dance Workout…
Don’t get me wrong – Shaun T’s workouts aren’t “easy.” Fun, yes, but you will have to earn your results. That said, if you’re brand new to his style of workout, you’re not expected to have every dance move, or workout maneuver fully mastered. Each move is clearly broken down in a step-by-step process that is easy to understand, and allows you to build confidence and stamina as you master the routine.
You’ll keep repeating the moves until you’re totally comfortable, and even though you’re working your butt off, you’re going to find the CIZE workout super fun and enjoyable.
I’ve used CIZE and other Beachbody workouts to maintain my current weight, but there are tons of people who have lost a significant amount using this workout routine.
