Diet & Meal Plan: The Program & Nutrition Guide PDF

If you want to get the most from your LIIFT4 workout experience, you will need to have your diet and eating plan on point. That’s why they created the Program and Nutrition Guide. This takes all of the guesswork out of eating during your time following the program, but it also shows you what healthy eating looks like.

This will be essential if you want to maintain the results you can achieve with LIIFT4.

They make everything simple with their easy-to-follow 5-Step Nutrition Plan. In this guide, you’ll find food lists, sample menus, Shakeology recipe ideas, and plenty of tips for getting max results with their program.

Wondering what a day following the LIIFT4 Diet might look like?

Here’s one sample day from their menu:

  • BREAKFAST: Berry Walnut Shakeology
  • PRE-WORKOUT SUPP: Beachbody Performance Energize
  • WORKOUT SUPP: Beachbody Performance Hydrate
  • POST-WORKOUT SUPP: Beachbody Performance Recover
  • LUNCH: White Bean and Kale Grain Bowl
  • SNACK: Deli Lettuce Wraps
  • DINNER: Zoodles with Ground Turkey and Marinara Sauce
  • NIGHTTIME SUPP: Beachbody Performance Recharge

You’ll notice a lot of Beachbody products on their sample menu plan. Whether or not you decide to buy these, will be up to you. They can be swapped out for other meal replacement shakes, or you can find comparable supplements at your local health store.

Vegan Nutrition Plan

LIIFT4 offers a traditional diet plan, and also a vegetarian and vegan-friendly option. It cuts animal products form the foods lists, but is still able to offer a menu that has what the consider to be healthy protein levels.

Calendar, Schedule, & Workout Sheets: Regular & Hybrid

 The regular LIIFT4 workout calendar works like this:

  • Monday: Chest/Triceps
  • Tuesday: Back/Biceps
  • Wednesday: Rest & Recovery Day
  • Thursday: Shoulders
  • Friday: Legs
  • Saturday: Rest & Recovery Day
  • Sunday: Rest & Recovery Day

As you can see, you’ll be working out for 30 minutes 4 days per week, with 3 recovery days built in. Most folks should be able to find time to fit this into their schedules, and the best part is, if you do, you should see some amazing results!

Hybrid Calendar

The other really cool thing about the LIIFT4 program, is that you can customize it based on your fitness level, as well as make changes the longer you’re committed to the program.

If you decide you want to workout 5 days per week, for example, there are hybrid options of the workout, that can fit your new fitness levels, and take your muscle-building results to an entirely different level.

The Workouts

The LIIFT4 program is made up of 4 types of key workouts:

50-50

Doing a 50/50 workout, you’ll be lifting weights half the time, and doing HIIT the other half. The workouts with some moves that target your core.

Circuit Training

This is a weight-lifting centered workout, so no HIIT on these days. You’ll be shredding your muscles with two rounds of four different workout moves.

Intervals

This involves doing to weight-lifting moves, and then a HIIT exercise. Rinse. Repeat.

HIIT

If you love cardio, then these all-HIIT days will be your jam! HIIT days are cardio-only workouts, so consider them a break from a weight-lifting.

Can Beginners Do the Workouts?

Yes! Like most Beachbody workouts, LIIFT4 features modifiers for all of the exercises. This means, you can ease in to your fitness journey if you’re out of shape, or have never worked out.

As your fitness and strength improves, you can gradually start doing the full exercises.

What Equipment Do You Need?

To make the most of the of the LIIFT4 program, here’s what you’ll need:

  • Internet Connection for Streaming Beachbody On Demand
  • Tablet, TV, Smartphone for Watching Workouts on Beachbody On Demand
  • A set of light, medium, and heavy weights. It will depend on your fitness level. Can also be substituted with resistance bands.
