Amazing Results, But You’ll Earn Them!
Expecting easy results is a common mistake for a lot of people when they first start a weight loss or fitness program. That’s one of the biggest reasons so many people give up. They are expecting to get the chiseled abs of Adonis, but they don’t actually want to EARN them! You’ll be earning your new physique when you start the P90X workout program, and it’s going to require commitment.
You’re going to have to commit yourself to starting the program, and seeing it through until the end if you want to achieve the same amazing results that Beachbody often advertises when promoting the workout.
Every workout video takes a minimum of 60-minutes, with some them taking about 90-minutes. This means you’ll have to set aside 5 to 6 days per week for an hour or more of working out. This isn’t always an easy task for everyone and is something to keep in mind before you buy P90X.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of testimonials about how powerful the P90X program can be, and you can see a bunch of before and after pictures at the Beachbody website. As someone who has used the program, I can tell you that it absolutely works if you stick with it.
I was in pretty decent shape when I first tried P90X, almost 10 years ago now (yikes!), and I was able to take my fitness to the next level with Tony Horton’s help. It really helped tone and tighten all of the right areas, and I was able to develop some nice lean muscle, without getting too bulky looking. That said, it definitely takes commitment, and you have to be willing to stick with it if you want to see the best results.
The workouts are hard, especially when you first get started. There are a lot of pull-ups and push-ups, which can be difficult for a lot of people, especially if you’re significantly out of shape. That said, there are modified versions of all of the exercises, so you can transition into doing full pull-ups, or some of the other more difficult exercises over time. I will tell you one thing, though – it feels great when you’re suddenly reeling off pull-ups like it’s no big deal, and that will probably happen for you too if you stick it out for a month or two.
P90X is one of the best workout programs on the planet and produces amazing results for the people who are determined enough to change their lifestyle and exercise habits.
