TryBowflexMax – Is the Max Trainer a Price You Can Afford?

If you’ve been looking to tryBowflexMax, we have a lot to share about this amazing machine. The Max Trainer is one of our favorite workout machines, and I have spent a lot of time using it over the past year that I have owned one. It truly is an amazing piece of equipment and provides some of the best results in the shortest amount of time possible. You can get an amazing full-body workout

With the BowflexMax You can get an amazing full-body workout in as little as 14-minutes. They have a unique HIIT style workout feature that allows you exert your energy in short bursts, and then a rest period. With this interval-style workout, you can hop on and be finished after 14 minutes of use. That was a game changer for me – no longer did I have an excuse to not workout. If I can’t set aside 14 minutes per day to use my BowflexMax, then I might as well give up on working out!

On top of the amazingly quick workout it provides, the Max Trainer is also sleek and compact, so it can easily be placed in a small room or office. This was another big motivating factor in my purchase. As you’ll see in the video below, I keep my Bowflex Max in my small office, along with a set of adjustable dumbbells and bench. Again, what excuse do I have to not workout, when all of my equipment is staring me in the face all day. I don’t, which means I get a decent workout in almost every day that I am work. I usually hop on my Max Trainer

I usually hop on my Max Trainer at about 2:00 every day. After 14 minutes, I then get a quick dumbbell workout in. I try to keep it to 30 minutes per day, just to keep things efficient, and so it doesn’t cut into the other things I’m trying to get accomplished throughout the day. Plus, I have two kids, which means I need to get home and night and focus my attention on them – not be worrying about when I’m going to fit some exercise in.

With all of this in mind, let’s take a closer look at the Max Trainer, so you can decide if it’s the right Bowflex machine for you.

The BowflexMax

PRICE:

  • M3: $999
  • M5: $1599
  • M7: $2199

The Max Trainer comes in three different models: The M3, M5, and M7. I recommend reading our full Max Trainer review to learn more about each of these models, but as you might expect, the features and price increase as you move up the numbers. So the M3 is their baseline model, while the M7 would be considered the best Max Trainer you can buy.

For my money, I went with an M3. It pretty much functions in the exact same was the M5 and M7, but only costs $999. The M5 and M7 have slightly more features, the display panel has a better backlight and has more technology behind it, and they both feature more resistance levels than the M3.

With that in mind, though, I really find that the M3 has plenty of resistance for my workouts. I’ve never even come close to putting in on the highest resistance level, so I can’t imagine needing more. Of course, there are plenty of people out there who are in a lot better shape than I am, though, so if you feel like you can use the added resistance, then you will want to take a hard look at the M5 and M7.

The important thing to note with all of the BowflexMax models is that you really can’t go wrong with any of the Max Trainers. Even the M3 provides an amazing workout, so I think you’ll be happy with any of them – you’ll just have to decide if you’re up for the full resistance that an M7 provides and if you like the extra features of the upper-tier models.

Conclusion

The Max Trainer is one of my favorite Bowflex machines of all time – I use mine almost every day of the work week, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s sleek design, and amazingly fast results make it an absolute must-have for anyone looking for one of the most efficient workout machines on the market.
